In the last time one of the most talked about topics is about climate change, which is a fact that is becoming more noticeable. Before it is necessary that as a planet change the way of thinking, with respect to the materials and resources we use. Chile as a country, does not have a very clear policies when it comes to protecting the environment and the times that it has tried to do something about it, there have been a series of problems that end in nothing. Which has caused that the population in the last time is pronounced and protests against the ideas or projects that attempt against the health and the nature. However, governments continue to pay no attention to the mandates of the population, and presidents of great powers belie the existence of this climate change, without a solid base, only in order to continue overexploiting the resources we have. When I finished studying geography, I would love to work a couple of years, to gain experience in the working world and also save money to take a master's or doctorate course. Among the courses that I would like to do in the future, as mentioned in the previous post, would be anything related to the preservation of nature, such as biogeography or management of areas, because it has a very large connection with geography. The reasons why I would study it, is because I have an affection with the environment, and I think it is our duty to take care of it, since it is we who have caused the existing damage and nature is not to blame. Hello, now I am studying geography, but I would like to work on the restoration of degraded or destroyed areas. It has been my dream for a long time, besides I think that with this, future generations are taught how to take care of our planet and if something can be done about it.
